I work in one of the large city centres and as like all big cities there are a lot of homeless, addicts and alcoholics on the streets, especially in busy high footfall areas. The last few months I’ve noticed them reaching into the street bins as if looking for something, but they’re reaching towards the top lid area of the bin, what are they doing? I’m wondering if it’s drugs?
Do they do this in your town? It’s very odd because sometimes you see someone who doesn’t necessarily look like an addict doing the same thing. It’s happened in different areas too…
