I have a joint universal credit claim with my partner, I am unable to work due to my illness so I have always received the limited capacity rate. He works part time so they deduct his earnings from our claim, we also receive children elements. all together we get around 1.2k, my partner earns under 1k from his job. If my partner was to loose his job what would happen to my claim, and his element of the claim?
