Morning rolls are slightly different and are the actual best rolls ever. Not supermarket ones - those are stodgy and bland are clearly made by english hands that don’t understand 😆. You need to buy them from a corner shop in a wee white bag.

Surrey. That's a roll.

If it was bigger & flatter it would be a bap.

If it was split and had sesame seeds on top, it would be a burger bun.

If it was completely flat and floury, it would be a muffin.
