Strange periods .. peri meno?

I'm in my early 30s and according to my period app my periods are regular on average.

Me and my husband don't use protection and I haven't had a pregnancy in 10 years .
I have had plenty of times where I've been a few days late but no pregnancy.

About 4 years ago I was really chuffed that I only had 3-4day periods and really light.
And then they went to 5days and normal pain .

My last period was 10 days late !
And the one I'm currently on was 10 days early
In all my life I've never had that .

And I have really bad PMS symptoms, so much so my husband was googlimg what was wrong with me as I was extremely irritable .

I’m in a very similar position- unprotected sex for 16 years (we had IVF for our one child) and the first time in my life last month my cycle was less than 28 days. Just 20! It was a shock and I wasn’t prepared. I’m 42 so I think it’s the start of things changing. Sounds like it is for you too.
