I am really suffering from stress at the moment, my body feels like it is continuously on the verge of a panic attack. It is all linked to a job interview that I had in the week that I bombed and now the realisation that my current job is generally terrible (but there are some good aspects that mean I'm not going to leave - the exception being the job I interviewed for). I'm not sleeping as constantly thinking about work. I just can't switch off. I've tried breathing exercises but I don't feel they are helping. As soon as I stop doing them, I start fretting again.
I was wondering if anyone has anything that they take that they swear by. Maybe Rescue Remedy or Kalms? I'm skeptical that they do anything but maybe I'm wrong?
