Can you hear your own body?

I get crackles in my ears when I move my jaw and if it's quiet I can hear my eyes move if I look from side to side (from the inside- I don't think anyone else can hear them😁)

Yes it's very annoying.

I hear my heartbeat, my bones cracking and occasionally my eyes moving. If I turn my neck to the left it sounds like a car rolling over Tic-Tacs
