Come unstuck with my bullet journal… how do you keep on track?

I was doing so well this year…

Then hit a rough patch and have been feeling really down lately and I’ve just given up on it all together…

It had been getting more and more complex and detailed , which is very helpful for instance:

  • tracking headache triggers
  • sleep and mood patterns
  • menstrual cycle
  • to do lists
  • reflection at the end of the day
  • and much more!

but perhaps it’s a bit unrealistic to expect to keep up with that level of detail everyday.

However, I feel really organised and on it when it’s going well!

It has been liberating not to have been tied down for a few days to the bullet journal and endless lists … but I do feel unsettled and disorganised.
