Bit of a weird post. Last week I was targeted in a robbery and the police arrested the offender today. They want me to identify him shortly. Has anyone been through similar? I just feel a bit nervous and anxious about it all.
It doesn’t help that the police have been a bit useless - they arrested him by complete chance and weren’t being proactive before this. For example they are only just looking for CCTV now, when I gave my statement last week. It seems like they’re rushing to gather evidence to put to him at interview and I’m worried about mistakes being made.
My insurance company has been a bit of a pain to deal with as well. I find myself just wanting this all to fast forward. Feels like endless admin and processes.
