DS had catarrh for a while and has developed an annoying habit of hemming "hemm hemmm" raspy noise and clearing his throat!
The catarrh seems to have been cleared with nasal drops in the last week... but he has subsequently developed a cold as well, unhelpfully.
Now he seems to have kept the habit of hemming ... But it's mixed with genuine throat clearing....
Is there any thing I can do to stop the habit? School have now got in touch about it too!
I've been making him drink more water, and has to drink each time there's a throat clearing.
But it's been nearly a month if catarrh , colds and clearing 😠and I don't know what to do, it's hard to know if it's real clearing it tic like behaviour each time :(
