I accidentally hit the edge of the turkey pan this weekend (Canadian Thanksgiving).

It makes me wonder how many other dumb things I'll do in my lifetime.

Tell me something silly you've done to distract me, please?

Saw a spider on my hand while blow drying hair. In a panic I punched myself in the face with the hairdryer, which also burnt my ear.

I then scuttled backwards and slammed my calves into the wooden bedframe, leaving 2 bruises.

In pain I looked around for the spider. It was a tangled bit of cotton.

I also once tried to find out if a weed in my garden was a nettle by stroking it with my bare foot. It was a nettle.

You guys set the bar high!

First day in a new position, I managed to staple the palm of my hand. I wanted to stop and cry, but there was a long queue of customers so I pulled the staple out instead.

A pound coin fell from the upstairs landing and hit me in the eyeball. That was painful.
