I think i’m late to these two recipes but the two combined were simply a match made.
I made a tomato base sauce following this recipe:

And I made meatballs following this recipe:

I fried the meatballs to give them some colour and added them to the tomato sauce. Served over good quality dried penne, a drizzle of extra virgin, some cracked black pepper and some parmesan.
