Do you have an American style fridge freezer?

If so, do I need a lot of space to open the doors? I'm thinking about buying one and putting it next to a cupboard- see below- but I don't know if the fridge door would hit the cupboard door when opening. Do I need a substantial space between the fridge and the cupboard. Thanks.

I would expect expect the door to open fine, but the handles might hit the wall.

They usually go between kitchen cupboards so can’t imagine how that would be a problem unless the cupboard is much deeper than it looks in that picture. Or am I missing something?

This is my fridge/freezer next to our cupboard, the cupboard door has to either be fully closed or open so that the f/f door will open, it’s not a problem as long as you know.

Thanks

@InTheRainOnATrain I have never had one before and I don't know anyone who owns one so I just wondered if there was an issue with them being next to the cupboard! Thank you!
