Cheshire Oaks or Trafford Centre

I am going to attempt some Christmas shopping, I also need a new shoulder bag and some long boots and a couple of home ware items, which would you go to?
Can anyone please tell me what they are both like?
Thanks

I hate the Trafford Centre but it does have more shops that you would likely find what you are looking for. It has John Lewis for homeware. It's years since I've been to Cheshire Oaks but being an Outlet Shopping Centre is didn't always have what I was looking for. I'd rather go into Liverpool, Chester or Manchester than either of them.

I think get on their websites and see which stores are based there you are likely to visit. Cheshire Oaks is an outlet village. The Trafford Centre is a large shopping mall. The TC is completely under cover. CO is not. If you decide to go to the TC my advice is to go earlier or later in the day. It is often full of families who are there for a day out rather than to go shopping, if that makes sense. It has a huge M&S, Primark, John Lewis and Primark. If you're driving, there's also a retail park opposite with a Dunelm and a TKMaxx.

Cheshire oaks is a bit random its an outlet place so limited in wjay it has really.
Xmas shopping you'd be better in the Trafford centre.

Parking nightmare at Cheshire oaks.

Both pretty different.
I think if you want a targetted shop do Trafford but if you want a wander do Cheshire Oaks. If its raining do Trafford though

I really like both places. But if I want something specific then I'd go to the Trafford Centre.
