Weird coincidences/spooky stuff

Does anyone else think this is weird and has anyone had any similar weird stuff happen to the them.
My dad passed away in Oct 2004. My childhood home was sold almost a decade later after my mum also passed away. Earlier this year someone started working at the same place as me after getting to know them it turns out they live in my old house. I thought that was weird enough, but then I've just found out a relative if theirs just died and the date of their death is the 20th anniversary of my dad's passing. I'm just it finding it all quite weird.

Anyway anyone else got weird stories/coincidences.

I was on holiday of those touristy boat trips in Australia and got talking to an Australian who had had my UK University tutor to stay in house the week before.

I really find it fascinating that with these types of coincidences, that you find out about them at all so in my weird coincidence example

there were a load of people on this boat and it was possible I may have never spoken to this man at all

when we did get talking, there was zero reason (other than the UK connection) that would have lead the conversation to work this out - we could have spoken about anything, even if he'd said he'd had someone to stay may have never revealed tutor or so on or even his name.

he was only on the boat (a tourist thing) because he was accompanying another friend visiting him in Australia and he could have gone on any other day.

makes me wonder how many of these things happen and you never know - like you just walk into a place, where had you been 4 minutes earlier you'd have met someone you knew from years ago and would love to reconnect with.
