Talk to me about “alternative” MH therapies

I have some unresolved issues from my childhood (6 ACE) incl the traumatic death of a parent when I was young. I also struggled with my MH for a few years when I was TTC and had several MC. I now have two kids (no more planned) and fairly successful career but often feel anxious, stressed and triggered.

I have tried talking therapy (lots of times in my life), I have tried CBT with limited success, I have done EMDR with no success (but many years ago).
Is there something else I could try that’s not talking about the past? I don’t think I am esoteric but happy to be open minded and hear if anyone has suggestions for an alternative therapy I could consider. I also feel I don’t benefit from constantly talking about the past to new people and it quickly feels like a waste of money.

I don’t really know enough about it to even know how to start to google. I went to a soundbath once and it was nice, but not sure it has any long term benefits?

Try Solution Focused Hypnotherapy - it focuses on moving on, not looking at the past, and the hypnotherapy bit is similar to a guided meditation (which you will probably enjoy if you liked the sound bath).

There was a sound therapy thing that I've heard mentioned. I have no idea what the actual name is though. I don't think you have to talk for it.
