I need to sort out my teenager's overuse of his iphone. I downloaded and paid for the kids360 app but have so far failed to get it installed. Their support is useless as they just chatbot me the same help that hasn't worked.
His phone was set up under my user ID and kids360 told me he needed his own appleID to set up his side of things. Today I have reset his phone and now nothing works. Feel like binning the damn thing.
Couod someone recommend me something that a tech idiot like me can work?
