Anyone know about cervical cancer?

My toxic mother with whom I’m no contact with, has told someone she has “aggressive cancer cells on her cervix”. She has form for exaggerating this type of thing as a way of playing the victim when she’s been caught causing problems.
I’ve googled and can’t find the terminology used anywhere in reference to cervical cancer cells (aggressive). Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? I highly doubt she has cancer, probably does have cancerous cells (not likely to make the whole thing up) but what’s the meaning of ‘aggressive’ in this context?
TIA

So the most "common" and caused by HPV is squamous cell carcinoma and then there's Adenocarcinoma. The most aggressive is small cell carcinoma
