Anyone awake ?

It's 3.30am. I've got terrible period pain keeping me awake. I'm also really heavy too and needing to change in the night.

I'm exhausted and just want to go to sleep.

I know some swear by magnesium supplements but I think that's to fall asleep, not stay asleep. Just putting it here in case it helps anyone. I've ordered some in a moment of I'll-bloody-try-anything so I shall see.

I'm awake because I'm about to go to work. Hope you all managed to fall back to sleep easily.

I'm awake too. DS is home schooling with terrible anxiety and the last few days have been bad as the weather has turned and he's afraid of the halloween decorations. I was in full-on jedi calming mode all day yesterday, we got nothing done, then he was immobilised by hip pain for four hours, and had a nose bleed in the evening. By bed time my head was spinning (vertgo) and then I only managed to sleep until 3am, for the second night running. Knackered and worried about how to turn this bad patch round.

I‘m up with horrendous cold, can’t breathe, explosive headache and….my very first hot flushes !!! I can’t believe it!

I’m awake. My thirteen year old boxer dog got me up as she wanted a wee, then a good look round the kitchen and front room to search for any food that might be on her level. I left her to it and came back to bed. Now I’m wide awake and thinking about Florida so I had to check my phone. So while I’m checking…..here I am!
