Anyone Used Vintage Cash Cow?

I’ve seen this advertised a few times but don’t know anyone that’s used it. Worth a go?

I sent a fair mix of stuff in, quite a few vintage gold rings with stones, necklaces, a fair bit of silver, expected a out £300 minimum, they offered me £100. I said no thanks, and when they sent it back they had lost the authenticity certificate for one piece.

Wouldn't use again.
