Has anybody else felt like this after Botox?

I had Botox done for the first time today in my forehead and frown lines. There is obviously no difference yet and immediately afterwards I felt completely normal and fine.

It's been over 8 hours now though and I feel really sick and generally just a bit rubbish. I have really bad anxiety surrounding health and I'm worried that I'm having a reaction to it. I'm wondering if this is directly because of the procedure or just a coincidence.

Is this normal or should I be worried?

No I've never experienced anything like that or heard of anyone else having those sorts of reactions. I'm sure it will be your health anxiety kicking in. I have HA and have felt incredibly ill at times when I've let it get on top of me.

I've had bad headaches the day or so post-botox. There's a lot of bugs and viruses hanging around at the moment, maybe it's a coincidence.

Nope. It’s not Botox

Sounds like your health anxiety has found a new focus. It would be vanishingly rare to have the symptoms you describe and for Botox to be the cause. Not impossible of course but not likely
