Dear Parents,
I feel most of you might be in similar situation before, hence posting here. we are looking for houses since past 1 year(in between became parent), preferably 1-2 hours drive from london but always doubtful how our 13 months little ones will be taken care in new places. hence, we r planning to buy apartment in watford - I can see Union Court coming soon on website. Why watford - not too far from Harrow(currently staying and community thing as well)
Would like to know catchment area and hows school will look like for my little one in 3-4 years, how is childminer/nursery/schools there.
Which school is by far the good school?
Please suggest?

do you and / or partner not have to factor in work?

Think you need to do just a little bit of research yourself

you’re asking both specific and very sweeping questions

What’s your budget? Which station do you need to get to? Number of bedrooms?

Yes, agreed. Thats why very confused and searching for last 1 year.
Finally came down to go for apartment within london rather than moving out from london to get a house.
Making sure little one is taken care(a lot better childminer/day care in london) and his education going forward.
