We are currently having a break after losing our 5th pregnancy in August. We would like to try again in December. We are trying to be healthy in meantime - cut out caffeine, reduced alcohol, healthy clean eating, I’ve added Ovum supplements and partner has added impryl. I have progesterone supply ready for next time so will start this from 3DPO I think. I’m hoping to get some additional medication before then.
can anyone offer any recommendations of what we should try/research before trying again?
