I’m 11 weeks pregnant. Phoned midwife due to the vaginal pain. She said it all sounded completely normal. Short stabbing pain and no bleeding. However of course when I hung up the phone I noticed brown spotting which I’ve been having on and off throughout. I’ve had two reassurance scans which showed a healthy baby and no issues. I’m putting it down to perhaps pressure on my cervix hence the shooting pains and now the brown spotting. I hate being a burden and like I’m worrying over nothing. I’m trying to be positive. There is definitely no red blood it’s like a rust colour. Anyone any advice?
