HL paradise island playa Blanca

Has anyone been to this hotel in playa blanca I've seen so many bad reviews we are due to fly out on boxing day just hoping it's going to be good for the kids as this is their main Christmas present xx

Yes we went there but it was 6 years ago.
Kids would’ve been aged 11,10,9,7

What did u think of it was it any good , loads of bad reviews so I'm.a bit worried now x

Haven't been for years so it could have gone downhill. But people are more inclined to bother complaining than praising

i thought it was great - the kids had a ball. Nice and clean , best accommodation we’ve had. Night time adults entertainment was a bit weird I seem to recall
Kids club was good

If you are on Facebook there is a group called Playa Blanca, Lanzarote which have recent discussions on this hotel. Best described as mixed reviews :D but there are multiple people who went and said it was fine, they had no problems etc (as well as some who did have problems). Might be worth a look if you are on facebook.
