I'm on my Slimming World Journey (not coming off as quick as i'd like it too but it's coming off... So that's good!) but i'm also looking to try and increase collagen levels etc because I feel like I'm starting to age a little bit and i don't like it! I'm 33, I think it's time i started really taking good care of myself properly and i'm conscious if I lose more weight I'll look a bit saggier anyway!
I'm looking at Hunter & Gather Collagen powder which I've heard great reviews of, but cannot figure out if this is going to be a syn value/how many syns this is going to cost me a day. To be honest. I'm not using my full syn allowance most days anyway, I'm a savoury girl I save my HEB as toast for a little 'treat' at the end of the day because bread feels naughty on a diet, so It won't affect me much but I want to make sure I'm still on plan.
Help please!! Welcoming any recommendations for any other options too which might work better in my favour.
