THE 50% I " OWN " IS IN THE HOUSING ASSOCIATIANS SATCHELLS THEY HAVE ALL MY MONEY DO THEY NOT ????? IT ALL SOUNDS VERY CROOKED TO ME.

ITS A ROGUES GALLERY ALRIGHT. I USED TO BE A MASSIVE HOARDER WHEN I WAS RENTING NOT ANYMORE BUT MY NEWBUILD 3 BED IS STILL FULL OF BAGS AND BAGS OF CLOTHES I NEVER FURNISHED THE PLACE SO I HAVE NO CUPBOARDS ETC TO HIDE STUFF WHEN AND IF I HAVE VIEWINGS. I HAVE A BOX ROOM SMALL BEDROOM WHICH IS FULL OF BAGS AND BOXES.
I CANNOT GET THE PLACE NEAT AND TIDY FOR ANY VIEWINGS. I WISH TO GOD I HAD NEVER BOUGHT SHARED OWNERSHIP PERIOD. WHY CANT MY HOUSING ASSOCIATION JUST BUY BACK MY SHARES AND SELL IT THEMSELVES ??????

Do you have any support or a support worker? Contact Age UK as a first port or call and they will help you work your way through the system.

You need to go back to the solicitor/conveyancer who handled your purchase ideally. There may be restrictions on how it can be sold and to whom but they can walk you through the process. How did you finance your share? Do any of the charities or organisations you are engaged with offer practical support? Try Citizens Advice for example, take all paperwork with you for them to look through.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY. NO I AM ON MY OWN WHICH IS MADNESS NO SUPPORT OF ANY KIND. IF SOCIAL WORKERS SUPPORT WORKERS DIDNT CHARGE NEARLY 25 POUNDS AN HOUR I WOULD EMPLOY ONE. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY 25 POUNDS AN HOUR.

Does being in the Fens mean you are Cambridgeshire?

Here is a link to Cambridgeshire Age UK.

I am also autistic and totally understand that some things are completely overwhelming. Especially anything legal or financial. People just don't get it. You may as well ask me to build a spaceship.

Do you receive pip, so could put that towards some support even short term.
