Help! Struggling with small loft bathroom design - any advice?

I'm hoping someone here might have some tips or ideas! We've been trying to figure out how to design a small bathroom in our loft conversion, but it's proving to be more challenging than I expected.

We’re limited in space, and I'm trying to make the most of every inch while keeping it functional and stylish.

Been looking at inspiration from a few places:

Here's been great:

And on Pinterest too:

Has anyone else tackled a similar project? I’d love advice on layouts, space-saving ideas, or clever storage solutions. It's a bit of a puzzle, and I feel like I'm running out of ideas! 😅

Cheers guys!

Putting the toilet under a velux window gives a man extra head height when standing up to pee!

I am a bathroom designer and would say to go to a store that offers a service to get some ideas and discuss your project. Everything depends on the dimensions you have and also what is the height of your sloped ceiling.

This might sound daft but it could turn out to be very positive. Consider engaging a yacht architect (you can find them on line), they are experts in dealing with small spaces.

Thank you all for the advice! Still weighing up the options currently, but have seen some useful, beautiful designs!

Kinda worried about the costs of it all too
