Tears in sports leggings causing tears :(

Anyone know how to repair a couple of small tears and holes in my favourite sweaty betty leggings? I got attacked by a bush while running! I cannot sew so was wondering if there were some sort of black fabric patches that were adhesive that I could fix to the inside.

Such a thing probably does exist (likely to be iron-on if you do decide to Google it) but it won't make a good repair without stitching too - you'll still have unravelled bits and threads on the outside.
Seems like a good time to learn to sew, it's an important life skill if you don't want to waste a lot of clothes. Just use a YouTube video and practise on a scrap bit of material first.
