Worst: the jealousy. Never had it like this before having a SEN child. It’s never those fascinating strangers (and they’re obviously overly crafted anyway). It’s the people you know who are ‘ just like you’, but able to do incredible holidays and posting wonderful things like “little Jonny is reading now” and your child can’t. When they’ve had kids after you and are already past the baby stage and doing things which you still haven’t been able to do.
