First bras, where to go and what to do?

My daughter has just turned 10 and you can now see that she has boobs through her clothes. Asking for some wisdom from mums who have older daughters, what’s the next step? Do they even measure children when they’re that small? Do I just need to get to try some on and see what fits? Thanks!

At that age my dd just wore sports style crop tops rather than an actual bra.

She has been wearing crop tops for a year or 2 now but it doesn’t seem to be doing the job anymore.

My DD also wore crop tops at that age, when I thought they were getting too small, I measured her myself (found a bra fitting guide online) and bought a bra in what I thought was the right size. It seemed to fit so that’s what we went for. I bought from the M&S first bras range.

(I finally got her measured properly when she was 15)
