Is there any alternative to ozempic

My GP suggested this for weight loss. I know many people would have a low opinion on over weight people. I'm not here to argue about any of that or to be judged or labelled lazy. I put work in on my diet and I do exercise but there is definitely room for improvement with exercise. Other health issues are being aggreviated now with weight.

My diet is good by the way. I live having a savory breakfast like eggs, mushrooms, spinach, sourdough toast.

Lunch is different every day. Sometimes it's chicken, beetroot, salad or soups or pastas. It's.different every day.

I'm never hungry for a big meal in the evenings . Often it's toast.

I lost weight in 2020 because I put work into it. I liked rising early and I enjoyed exercising. The winter set in and I began to drink alcohol some nights and exercise was reduced to the dark mornings and evenings. I put the weigh back on again.

Just wondering if there's any supplement that could mimic Ozempic? Probably not but thought I would ask.

I think any alternative will work the same way, so probably not ideal if you don’t want to take it.

Tracking what you eat, exactly what you eat through Nutracheck or similar will give you results. It’s amazing how many calories you can overeat through nibbles here and there, bigger portion sizes etc. I think if you are able to put some effort in as you have been doing then this would work for you.

No, there isn't a supplement the same.

Wegovy and Mounjaro are the same drug as Ozempic. You can buy them from online pharmacies, eg Boots.

You can get Ozempic in tablet form if it's a needle thing. It's called Rybelsus.
