Can you do bank shifts on mat leave?

As above, really! I’m a nurse and due to go on maternity leave at the end of November, I regularly do bank shifts for the Trust I work at, but it’s not clear whether I could do the odd bank shift while I’m on mat leave as it’s all under the same Trust, and not a separate job. Anyone know, please? TIA Smile

If its not a separate employer and you aren't doing it on a self employed basis then you'd likely be limited to the 10 KIT days when off on maternity leave.
