Painful sores on arms - desperate

Am at my wits end with what look like infected insect bites on my arms which have flared up dramatically. They’re red, nasty looking and a bit sore. Any ideas on what they could be? They look like painful sores or boils. I’m pretty sure they’re not insect bites. Anyone?

Have you seen a pharamist or a GP?

Thanks @Recoverymoreprotein I actually had them quite badly a few years ago and saw GP locum who was utterly useless. I didn’t get a satisfactory answer. I feel very self conscious over them. They look so awful. I think I will call Bupa and see if I can see a dermatologist. Just wondered if anyone had a similar experience 😞😞😞

I would start with the pharamist and GP.

I had a friend who was allergic to mostiqutoe bites and would get massive blisters. It could be an abnormal reaction to a bug bite.

Pharmacists cam be amazing , the one at the chemist I use knows everything! She used to be a nurse and is awesome in her knowledge
