How can I re-learn how to produce reports?

I did do reports and essays when I was in university which was 6 years ago. Now, I don't think I can remember how to do a report. I just saw an administration job which said one of the job duties would be to produce reports. That put me off. How can I re-learn how to produce reports?

Not possible to state on that information. Producing a report could be as simple as printing off set information from a programme or it could be preparing years worth of data and assessing it.

Report writing varies from a couple of lines to hundreds of pages and the style and substance will vary heavily.
