Hand-wash when having an extremely eczema breakout?

I need to wash my hands after the toilet but I can't use my normal bar or pump soap.

What can I buy that will allow me to keep my hands clean and pain free please?

No way near as bad as yours but i use Faith in Nature Lavender as i seem to be allergic to artificial perfumes which make it worse, the lavender version is soothing ( and smells lovely)!

Oh and one of my sons has worse eczema than me and finds Palmers cocoa butter unperfumed version the best thing for his hands after washing👍

I used to use Dermol 500 at work, when we had a brand of soap I was allergic too. (Nurse, so quite a problem!) And lots of diprobase afterwards, as I found it quite drying. Fortunately we swapped soap brand soon after.

They also have a “wash cream” that has a pump. My housemate used it when he had really bad eczema on his hands

This one - E45 wash cream. https://www.boots.com/e45-wash-cream-for-dry-and-itchy-skin-250ml-10000564 works for me.

Put some in a little squeezy bottle as well for out and about.

And definitely not anything like Hibiscrub!

This is just pure soap and can be used for personal care ,I use this in a hand wash pump bottle as I get bad dermatitis on my hand and it's really gentle and fragrance free
Can also use Castile soap the baby one

@GhibliCat have you found a good hand wash.

I think my dd has this on her hands and washes her hands regularly at work, it's a minefield to know what to buy

When my hands are like that I use an emollient instead of a soap... diprobase, ceteaben, something like that. That's what my GP suggested.
