Restless night, anyone else?

I catnapped on and off in the evening and am now wide awake. Had toast and marmite and my earbuds are amusing me as they know exactly where I am in the house and announce they're turning themselves off in the bathroom and announce they're back on if I'm stepping on one particular step coming down the stairs.

Very precise. About to put a film on and only have hospital in the afternoon tomorrow.

Anyone else up and alert? I tend to flick in and out of films.

Didn't sleep well either. I have a stinking cold and my head is so stuffy it's like trying to sleep with my face under the pillows. Plus shark week arrived yesterday so I also had lovely cramps too.

Minding my nephews today and taking them to soft play (it's been booked for ages and they're really excited so can't cancel) but just really want to lay down and turn on slug mode because I feel awful!
