Ear piercing for DD

I know this topic has been covered a million times, but I would like some advice on where to get DD ears pierced, she's 10.
MN is very against guns and Claire's in particular and the general advice on here is always to go to a piercing/tattoo parlour.
But I've googled all our local ones and they all have an age limit of around 13 with some up to 16. So where to I take her 🤷‍♀️
She's been asking for about 18 months so it's not something that she's asked for on a whim. Lots of her friends have had it done so I don't think she's too young.
Superdrug do it locally but that will also be a gun. Those that recommend specific piercing places, how can I go when she's under their age limit?

Have had both needle and gun and no issues. Dd had hers pierced last week and the piercer said do not twist and turn them like the advice used to be. Use a spray (Amazon)and gently use cotton bud if needs be. Twisting causes introduction of bacteria to the area and potential infections.

Thanks all, the advice on here has been much more measured than on previous posts I've read, where guns are the work of the devil.
I haven't rung anywhere yet, I've just looked on local websites for piercing studio ages etc.
I've found a local jewellers that will do it-still a gun I think, but possibly better trained than SDrug. Although I do actually agree with a pp point that they do so many piercings, that they actually end up qualified by experience.
I'm going to call the jewellers and ask a few more questions and hopefully take her at the end of this week.
Mine were done at the local hairdressers with gun at age 6 and are dreadfully wonky so I want to get it right for my DD

Tattoo and piercings studios are 13 plus for piercings that are not earlobes everywhere near me , my dd had her ears pierced there are 12 . It's best to call them directly and ask if they will pierce ear lobes at 10
