I'm finally seeing a dermatologist, what should I ask when seeing them?

Long story short, I was referred a year ago because of some bleeding nipple growths. Those have disappeared now but have other skin problems.

About a month ago GP A diagnosed me with LS, later GP B said it was just eczema. I have it on my neck, eyes, and the inner buttcheeks. My buttcheeks can sometimes bleed, but it comes and goes.

At the same time that I went to see GP A, dermatology got in touch asking for photos. I actually thought it was about the eczema, but a letter arrived the following week and it was clear it was about the nipple. They asked for photos again, and I replied with the whole LS Vs eczema with photos.

They've also asked for bloods (but I don't know what they'll be checking as I get checked for many things regularly.

So... Do I just bluntly say that I want the eczema get looked at and forget about the nipple?
