CMPA Pasta recipe for almost 7 month old?

Hello,

What pasta shape/sauce is best for a 7 month old baby?

My baby has CMPA and I'd like to try her with pasta today for the first time. I wanted to know what I can add to the pasta and how I can serve it so it minimises the risk of choking.

tomato sauce? Bolognese? Dairy free pesto? No idea on shapes, mine have always just eaten whatever we've eaten, cut up.

Look up solid starts for ways to cut etc. my
cmpa kid loves tomato, butternut squash, courgette made into sauce and you can add Philadelphia vegan cheese for extra calories if needed.
