What natural products help you sleep?

I'm really struggling at the moment.

Can't fall asleep for hours then I wake up several times through the night. Yet another menopausal gift.

I keep reading about magnesium cream on the feet or melatonin patches but would really appreciate anyone's suggestions?

I have a mug of cocoa, read until I feel really sleepy and use Feather & Down pillow spray

I started taking probiotics a couple of months ago after a stomach bug. My sleep has been much improved.

A swig of nightnurse. Not tried it myself but heard it helps. Zzzzz.

I'm lucky to generally sleep pretty well, but am prone to not sleeping brilliantly the night before I'm back to work etc/got something on my mind.

The one thing that always knocks me out is a hot bath. I'm going to try some of the suggestions here though too!

Audio book quite low with ear buds, I set the timer for 20 mins but I'm out after 5 mins. Nothing heavy just something easy to listen to, stops my mind over working. No booze. Melatonin. If I do wake up in the night I listen to the audio book again for a while.

Qi gong before bed, I turn bathroom light off and light a candle. Do 10/ 15 mins. I'm in a sleepy trance by the time I'm finished!

These ones

These don't have any melatonin in. Is it definitely these?
