I just choose a random word from an article or whatever I am reading. Have been doing it for 2 weeks and seem to get better results than I did with my handful of selected 'starters'.

I often think about swapping and used too but now I think I can't change until my original word comes up as I'd miss out on my only potential one!

I used to use a different word every day. Then I began finding it hard to think of a new word every day and changed to always using the same starter word. Then I got a bit bored of that so I went back to using a random word each time. Worked well for me today!
