Ooooo yellow & green pissed me off. Yellow for the default. Wouldn't cross my mind to use one of those the way they have in Green

Pff, I was stuck for ages and thinking along the wrong lines. Came back later and rushed the last 2 guesses having no more ideas. Was a bit thrown by today's grid.

First two rows were easy, blue was more a lucky guess than anything. It was quite American, not a complaint, just an excuse as to how hard I found it!
