Perhaps a dream that nobody shares all that often but I've had this dream before over the decades. I had that dream where you go to the toilet for a poo 
and you can't stop.
I know that that, and also not being able to go are common dreams. But the twist is that my intestines came out. So disturbing. I googled the meaning of pooing in a dream and it says good things, like letting go of negative emotions and that could be true for me. My mother has been so weird to me, I have failed to get a better job in several attempts and recently decided to put my focus into doing up my house (or parts of it, for now). So I could be letting some old hurts go. But why on earth would I dream my intestines came out! omg. In the dream my feeling was 'oh here's another hurdle, another obstacle, more things to sort out, more challenge'. So that's a bit victim narrative I guess.
