It's a bug for me when using chrome and windows 10. To get around it I use Developer Tools (in Chrome press F12). Before clicking on the green share tab go to the Console section and type in navigator.share = ' ' and press enter.

You’ll have to do it each time you load a game. The JavaScript is loaded freshly and reloads the reference. If you press the arrow up key in the console (after you are in the command entry area) it will pull up previously entered scripts. That way you don’t have to retype the script every time.

I'm playing on Opera, but have several browsers on my laptop, so will try another one before trying your workaround.

I feel better that it is not me doing something wrong.

I don't understand how you only used 15 guesses if you had 11 bonus words? Don't you lose a guess for each bonus word?

Also I don't know why they are called bonus words if you lose a guess. Doesn't really much like a bonus.

Depending on the words, it's possible for a guess to score more than once.

One of my guesses was a bonus word but also completed the two 3-letter words.

Thanks. Do you know if there is any pattern to the random letters that they give you to help you guess the words? Is it just luck if they decide to give you a letter?

What do you mean by random letters? The letters only show in the words if you've used that letter in the correct place in a guess.

So for example, if my guess was "GUESS" then the G would be revealed in any word where it was the first letter, the U would be revealed in any word where it was the second letter etc.

And it would only be possible to use the double S in a guess if one of the words to be solved includes 2 Ss. Does that make sense?

I didn't realise that the random letters that appeared were letters that were in the correct place in my guesses!

I ran out of guesses today, but got 5 words and would have got the 6th if I had had one more guess.
