Would want to start and stop at the same spot, not one where you get on and off at different stops

Any advice would be great

I'm sorry I've been stupid. I should have said trips in Central London.

Apologies, but thanks for the link.

If you’re getting on at say Westminster.
Same side of river as Big Ben and just near the tube station, the quay there - there’s loads of big cruises that go down to Greenwich and back. All have little ticket booths. Unless you’re going at a really peak time you can often just get on there and then. You can stay on all the way/have bar and toilet etc.
Or can get off at Tower of London and get back in when they go back (if you want to stay central).

We stayed in Greenwich and got these boats in/back from central because they’re more spacious than the clippers, with more outside deck.
But obs the clippers too.
