My hip is really painful and I can't get comfortable. I'm counting down the days until Friday when I get a steroid injection in there and hopefully it's like a miracle cure and I'll be pain-free for the first time in a year.

Just had our predawn breakfast for the 27th fast of Ramadhan. Back in bed now for a snooze before little ones wake up then getting some baking done for Eid.

Do you have a diagnosis? I also have sore hip and wondering if steroid would help.

Sorry, tmi but I've been lying awake since 2am with chronic pregnancy constipation.

Husband and I have gone away for a couple of nights in a hotel and don't have the heart to wake him up just to whinge.

Honestly at the end of my tether with it now.

Been up for a while too- also started some new meds (ADs) and the insomnia is unreal. Hope it's a side effect that settles down.

Spent Thursday night in a and e with DS 15 who necked a bottle of vodka and nearly died.
So, woke up a couple of times to check on him, and now off to work to make up the time I missed yesterday

Haven't slept yet. Went to bed at 11.30 but couldn't fall asleep now feel poorly where my body is exhausted. Anxiety attacks all night long

No I don't. I've had xrays and an mri but nothing has shown up. I'm seeing a physiotherapist and he recommended this so fingers crossed it works. The pain really interferes with my life so if this works it will really change things for me.

Very remorseful
Also battered and bruised. Piecing it all together from people at the party, he downed the bottle in about 15 minutes, fell over, then excused himself to the garden to vomit
