I'm boring. I like chicken tikka masala and peshwari naan bread, but the local place we order from cooks it really well and it's nicer than any other I've tried. I like chicken chaat or tandoori lamb chops as a starter.

Have a look to see if they do railway lamb. Lamb, spinach, potato and tomato on a gravy. Apparently made for the men building the railways. It is amazing.

I like a chicken jar ferizi when it's a new to me restaurant/take away. I tend to use it as a guide because they're made so variable, a good chicken jar ferizi makes me think the rest will be good.

Chicken tikka in chilli garlic sauce with pilau rice or chicken tikka biryani for the main. Onion bajiis, poppadoms and garlic or peshawari naan.

I really want Chicken Tikka Massala now, but it's Good Friday and I can't eat meat.
