Affordable noise cancelling headphones

Can anyone recommend affordable noise cancelling headphones that block a lot of outside noise. Less than £75 if poss. The ones I've seen seem to be £200. It's more to block noise than listen to music.

Soundcore q30 (this link is just a guide) are under £75 on Amazon atm. Or if you want earbuds, Loop Quiet could be an even cheaper solution.

I got some big over-ear ones for about £40 for my kids on a long flight. on amazon.
