Funny thing is I drained it fully and the little plug thing the other day . It's got a door error and drum error , It looks like I might have to break it

you can hit the door where the lock is and that might release it

This happened to mine (also an Indesit). I was advised by our local repair man to turn it off completely at the mains and leave it 24 hours as It may need just a reset. That worked so I could do a spin and drain and get the clothes out. I put some tea towels in on a quick 20 min wash to make sure it was working again and touch wood it's been fine since.

Drain the water from machine. At the bottom there is a panel that you have to remove - a butter knife should free it then there's a circular thing to turn (water will pour out of this) I've tilted my washing machine back and put a bucket underneath and towels to drain mine this way if the drums quite full of water, if not a lot of water in drum literally put a nappy down underneath and unscrew circular knob thingy. Once waters drainer it'll let you open door even if you have to hold down the off button afterwards and then return it on

It's completely drained and still won't open 😪

Is it giving an error message?

Have you switched it off at the plug and left it for 24 hours? I agree with PP who said this works for them, it does for mine too.

oh yes try switching it off at the plug.
