Anyone help me internet these blood test results?

I had some blood tests mainly as been having some gut issues for a while. A few look on the edge of normal even if technically ok. Anyone medical or with experience of same can give any thoughts please?

They are all normal.

I think because on threads before I’ve seen that sometimes if you’re borderline, at lower/upper end of normal something can still be causing an issue and treatment/resolving would be beneficial - that might be for something specific though. Or at least worth conversation with doctor.

When I googled Serum TSH levels it said normal range is 0.4-4.0 mU/L? but this seems to say normal is 4.2 - mine is 4.16 so only 0.04 off being too high according to current NHS guidelines
